These glossy tiles are brand name American Olean
These tiles are
4-1/4 inches by 4-1/4 inches by 5/16" Thickness.
Using my digital calipers tiles measure 4.26" wide and .31" thick.
These tiles have self-spacing lugs; little bumps on the edges that separate the tiles for grouting.
These tile were made in the1950's - early 1960's
Using a vintage American Olean color chart: Salt & Pepper #45 in Bright Glossy Finish.
Imprinted on back of tiles is: A O...or...American... with numbers... MADE IN USA
