These are brand name American Olean tiles.

 

These tiles are 4-1/4 inches by 4-1/4 inches by 5/16-inch thickness.

Using my digital calipers tiles measure 4.29" wide on the self-spacing lugs and .30" thick.]

These tiles have self-spacing lugs; little bumps on the edges that separate the tiles for grouting.

Tile measures 4.26" on the square edge.

These tiles were made in the1980's - 1990's

These New Old Stock Tiles have a soft matte type glazed with a very light textured finish...called Suedetones by the maker.

Imprinted on back of tiles is: A O & Made in USA.
