DESCRIPTION:  You will receive:  one (1) vintage FISHER-PRICE PLAY FAMILY toy.  It is the SESAME STREET street scene/apartment building, #938 from 1975.  The two story apartment building opens up...on the street side it shows B. BIRD'S mailbox, FIX-IT SHOP, AND HOOPER'S STORE.  On the inside feature rooms are kitchen, with entrance/exit door, and the store, also with entrance/exit door, and 2 bedrooms upstairs.  There is a green chalkboard connecting the 2 sections of the house.  The sections fold together and there is a handle on the top to carry it.

CONDITION:  The piece shows normal playwear.  On the top where the handles are attached, there is a piece that is cracked off, as shown in the photos.  The sections still fold and stay closed as they should.  The handle still is firmly attached and can be carried as it should be.  There is some roughness to the wood frame (shown in the pictures).  Not sure if it is from play wear or designed that way.  All over in good sturdy condition.  No accessories come with the piece.
