This rare book is in preowned condition and shows significant wear throughout.  Most notably, the hardcover shows rips, tears and many pin size holes through out.  Many of the pin size holes and one 2-inch rip carry through the first 5 pages of the book.  There is some yellowing and spotting through out the book from age.  Light creases on top corner edges of pages.  Two pencil markings on the first two pages as shown.  Overall, shows significant wear.  Please view all photos on zoom for more details.
