Quite old US Continental brand M-500
It is a 4-ball battery vacuum tube radio.
It will work if it is restored and energized.
Only medium wave.
B battery 67.5V is difficult to obtain.
Five 12V batteries can be used as a substitute, and 45V and above can be received.
The size is about 198X146X49mm.
Please judge the state from the photograph.
There are traces of crack repair on the lower front and right side.
