We ship in one to five business days and ONLY use trackable shipping.  We ship using the method YOU choose.  If we find a faster shipping method for nearly the same price you paid, we upgrade you free of charge and appreciate your positive feedback for doing so.  Simply choose the method of shipment from the drop down menu at checkout.  We provide the tracking number so you can see where your package is at all times.  Please note: we have no control over the shipping duration of the carrier but eBay does a pretty good job at getting the estimated date of arrival correct.

All Brand New items are just that, brand new from our supplier and like what you would expect from a brick and mortar retail store. Refurbished Media Items:
Most refurbished items are pre-owned, pre-viewed, retail return, or have become less that new in quality due to any number of        reasons.  We professionally resurface and digitally test each media to perfect playability.  All items are placed in brand new cases.  Artwork may be reprinted from a master if there is any defect in the original.

Media (CD, DVD, Blu-ray, VideoGame Discs):
Due to the originating date and time required for some digital downloads, digital copies, or online provided content, we do not advertise nor expect any item to have any of these features enabled or provided.  We specifically remove any mention of digital downloads, digital copies, or online provided content from the title listing.   Requests for refund based on digital downloads, digital copies, or online provided content is considered a "buyer's remorse" for the purpose of refunds and responsibility for the costs of return.  All "buyer's remorse" refund requests are contingent on the item being returned unopened.  Covers may vary.  Identical product numbers from the manufacturer may have different UPCs.  Any edition expectation must be in writing in the title of the item.  If delimiting identifiers such as Full Screen, Wide Screen, Special Edition, etc. is not in the title, any edition type may be shipped to fulfill the order.

Refunds:
In general, if we make any error in your order, we have a 30-day 100% money back guarantee which includes any shipping you paid and the return shipping if applicable.  Please contact us concerning your order if there are any problems.  Buyer remorse refund requests incur return shipping costs paid solely by the buyer.  Any claim of damage should include pictures within 24 hours of delivery receipt and a copy of the statement of claim made to the carrier.

Yes, give us your best offer.   If an item isn't selling for us, and sometimes not for our competitors either, it is due to the price being too high, or the quality offered too low.  A lot of times we can negotiate an acceptable price.
