We have a smoke free home. We do have a dog.

I only charge shipping (no packaging or handling fees) and try to find the best way to send your items. If a flat rate box is a cheaper alternative for your location I'm willing to accommodate.  If you would like to make any changes to the shipping please let me know prior to paying. I'll adjust accordingly & send an invoice. 

Shipping within the USA only.       

We accept Paypal and typically ship within 1 business day after payment is received, excluding holidays and weekends. 

We expect payment within 48 hours of purchase.

We accept returns of items in the same condition as received (for example if an item is NEW, it is to be returned in the same condition)  Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
