Antique European Folk Art Table Crucifix Hand Painted Religious Jesus on Cross

From the  late 18th century this is a hand painted table crucifix in silhouette. The cross and base are separately cut from a thin piece of wood and then hand painted and sealed in laquer. This came from a collection dispersal near Stuttgart in southern Germany so I would suggest it from that region down to the Alps. Measures 7 inches x 7 inches.
