Return Policy

customer has the right to return any product(s) in the period of 14
days after product(s) have been received. Returns are done without any questions
asked, since we believe that this is not only a customer right by law
but it is also a legitimate choice. If you received a product and you
see that it does not fit your needs, it is understandable that you will

The customer pays the shipping costs and we advise that packages are insured and well-packed. We will issue a full refund for all the products that are returned unused, with undamaged packing and with all items associated with the product (manuals, user guides, and accessories). Item has to be returned as new for a full refund,
which will be made no later than 30 days after the product has been
returned. Refund will be made in the same form as the payment was made.
In
case of any damage to the product, missing equipment or manuals, Optium
d.o.o. is entitled to refuse a refund for all or part of the purchase
price.
