Condition: All our items are in Near Mint (NM) or better condition unless otherwise noted in the description above.

Shipping and Handling:

Buyer agrees to pay the calculated shipping cost upon checkout from one of the provided shipping options for shipping and handling for this item. Special provisions can be made for International shipping.

• You may combine multiple winning bids (items ending within seven (7) days) to save on shipping! If you are bidding on items that end at a later day/date then your current auction, please notify us in advance to avoid penalties.
• All items are shipped Media mail, Priority Mail, UPS, or FedEx for safe shipping unless otherwise noted or previously negotiated.
• Items typically ship within forty-eight (48) hours (excluding weekends and holidays) of payment clearance. NOTE: Not all items may qualify, some restrictions may apply. Pre-orders will be fulfilled as soon as we receive product. Please view our terms and conditions for further details on preorders.
• We do our best to insure that our items are well packaged. We have received many complements on our shipping.
• NOTE: We do not provide any guarantees on the transit time. The estimates provided at the bottom of the listing are those from couriers and we, the seller, are not responsible for the transit time after the product has left our facility. Please note that USPS (our primary courier) does not provide tracking information, just delivery confirmations.  If you require package Tracking, please request a UPS quote from us prior to bidding.
• International Shipping (outside of USA): Due to customs delays and many reported "lost" shipments compounded by the extremely high international shipping costs, some items may not be available for international purchases. Please contact us prior to making a purchase. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU (THE BUYER) ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CUSTOMS FEES. THEY ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE SHIPPING CHARGES. It is our policy on items being shipped overseas *not* to mark them off as "gifts", nor is it our policy to undervalue the item so bidders can avoid import duties.
  

Preorders:

Term of payment for preorders are the same as all auctions listed by Njoy Games & Comics. All payments are due within seven (7) days of close of auction. Preorders will be fulfilled prior to other orders. In the case allocations occur from distribution, preorders will be fulfilled on a first come first serve basis. If we are not able to fulfill your preorder within 30 days of product release, we will credit you 100% of your payment. If additional product is available on a later date, you will be notified and will have priority on order. Preorders do not qualify for our seven day guarantee; however, they will be shipped promptly upon arrival. If product is re-solicited by the vendor, you will be given the option to retract the order.

100% Satisfaction Guarantee:

If you are not completely satisfied with your item(s), you may return it/them within 14 days for a full refund, less shipping and handling. Item must be returned in same condition as purchased. Please retain all packaging for the product.
