Made for the player who can’t give up their Tele but needs the clarity and roundness you get from a Strat neck pickup. The neck pickup comes equipped with an open cover made from nickel silver and is scatter wound with 42 awg magnet wire which nicely emulates that clear Strat bell tone. For your convenience it comes tapped with 6-32 threads for hassle free mounting to a pickguard, but it can still be mounted to the body with wood screws.
The bridge pickup is over wound and has larger pole pieces than a traditional Telecaster bridge pickup. The end result is higher output and increased bass response without sacrificing that sweet Tele twang. When played through an overdriven amp it has p90 like qualities.
The aged alnico rod magnets and aged screw heads (mounting hardware) will look right at home in an older or relic'ed guitar.
