Battery condition is important. No regulator can make up for a bad or weak battery. If in doubt charge your battery and have it load tested, or simply replace it. ALWAYS START WITH A FULLY CHARGED BATTERY !

Important notice: This product is a direct aftermarket replacement to Polaris Recall Z-16-01-C (OEM # 2206620, 2206367, 2206473) includes a conversion harness to allow a worry free connection to older models main harness. However, for some 2016-2017 RZR models, the regulator connects directly to the main harness without the need for a conversion harness. Significantly decreases internal operating temperature with highly efficient MOSFET transistor regulation circuit. This technology runs much cooler than the OEM silicon rectifier regulation circuit and requires much less power to operate.

Automotive grade wiring harness with OEM-quality heavy-duty connectors
Made with the same Delphi connectors as OEM Polaris parts, our wiring harnesses are manufactured in a factory with controlled quality processes. They use the same Cross-Link braided copper wire as the OEM parts, and resist heat, oil, acid, gas and more with very low electrical resistance.
