my customers. If a part is delivered broken or damaged by shipping, I
can send you a replacement part. If, by chance, a mistake is made,
please contact me PRIOR to filing any Ebay claims or leaving feedback
that is not Positive. Simply select “ Contact Seller ” and then for
reason, select “ Other ” and I will answer as soon as I receive it
(Please note that ebay messages do not travel instantly). Often, Im
under a car/truck so I wont see it immediately, but I will respond as
soon as I do see it.
THE SHIPPING INFO
We are a
small, family-run business. All parts need to get pulled, tested,
prepped, packaged, and then dropped off at their appropriate shipping
companies. Since Covid devastated the world, shipping companies have
been scaling back everywhere. As a commercial parts shipper, OUR PARTS
NO LONGER GET A DROP OFF SCAN. This has become a nightmare as I get 10
messages a day asking if the part has been dropped off/picked up. They
will usually catch a scan at the next stop or the destination city.
Please go by the estimated date of delivery that ebay sends you. Ebay is
tied into the shippers computers somehow and that delivery date is
accurate in 99.9% of cases. I will get the part to you by the estimated
delivery date that ebay sends you, most of the time, much sooner. If you
need it by a particular date, please message me IN ADVANCE of shipping
and I might be able to tweak the shipping to meet your needs.
THE REST AND SOME OBVIOUS THINGS
Please
be aware that some parts need to be pulled (Look at the pictures).
Parts get scheduled to be pulled in the order they are received but this
takes time, especially in times of inclement weather, which is often,
here in Florida with all the hurricanes and lightning (Metal cars and
lightning dont mix well).
Steering columns do not come with steering wheels.
These are often 20+ year old OEM parts.
People
have gotten mean over the last couple years. I know times are
stressful, especially when your vehicle is broken. Please dont take that
out on myself or my family. We work hard to get you beautifully
functioning, tested, and clean parts so you no longer have to worry
about your ride. I personally, put in over 80 hours a week to constantly
improve the business so we become more efficient. When we succeed, our
customers succeed. Theres no issue we cant overcome together as long as
its brought to my attention and we work on it together.
