All listed prices include VAT at the current prevailing rate (20%). A VAT invoice will be supplied with your purchase.

Items will only be shipped once payment has been received in full.

Items purchased for delivery in the UK will be dispatched on a next business day service via DPD or TNT when ordered before 4:00 pm (Monday to Friday) Items purchased Friday, will be delivered on Monday. Items purchased at the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

Collection from our warehouse in Leyland, Lancashire can be arranged, please note this in your order and we will be happy to help.

Some areas of the UK (e.g. Isle of Man, Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland) may be exempt from the next day service offered by the courier, please contact us for more information or a personalised delivery quotation.

Tracking details will be provided once the order has been shipped.

We cannot accept any liability for any items, delivered by the courier, that are not received in time.

Before purchasing an item, please ensure that it is the part you require. Please contact us if you are in any doubt or would like some advice. Most parts have a part number on the unit itself, either on a sticker or engraving. We have included a list of applicable part numbers in this listing to help you match the correct part.

If you are unable to identify your part, please contact us or send pictures of the part to us and we will endeavor to find the correct part for you. (Please send pictures of the front, side and rear of the part. Also include the applicable voltage/amperage and the intended application)

Parts must be checked before fitting to ensure that they are correct for your vehicle/application.

Items that have been ordered incorrectly must be returned to us in the original packaging and must not have been fitted to the vehicle. Items returned for incorrect ordering or 'no longer required' are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

We cannot be held responsible in any way for any consequential losses that arise from the use of any item or product that is supplied. We are not to be held liable for any claims for labour, damages etc. which may arise from incorrect fitting or the fitting of faulty goods.

Whilst we have taken great care to ensure our listings and the description of goods is accurate, we cannot be held liable for any errors or discrepancies in our listings or any instructions/information that are supplied with the item.

By placing your order with us, you accept our terms and conditions, your statutory rights are not affected.

The buyer must pay all shipping costs relating to returns.

If the item fails within 12 months (1 year) of the invoice date the item can returned to us under warranty. The warranty covers issues and defects that have a arisen from a manufacturers defect. Any failures that have been caused by misuse of the item are not covered under the manufacturers warranty.

Warranty returns must be shipped to us for testing. Only once a warranty claim is accepted can the item be repaired, replaced or credited.
