Conventional Oven – uses upper & lower indirect elements, great for low & slow cooking, traditional roast, or baking.
Conventional Oven with Fan Assist – same as above function but uses fan to create air rotation for more evenly cooking.
Full Grill – uses high temperature direct heat for grilling meats, vegetables in larger batch. Also great for adding crispiness of topping on pizza.
Economy Grill – used for grilling in smaller batches.
Fanned Grill – allows air rotation while grilling.
Bottom Bake – uses bottom indirect heat, great for raising cakes, pastries. Also used for steam assisted cooking & steam assisted cleaning of the oven. Also used for slow cooking.
Bottom Bake with Fan Forced (Pizza Function) – added cooking heat from fan forced along with the bottom bake function, great for cooking up a pizza (evenly cooks with fan forced but also assist in cooking the dough base from the bottom).
