What is CLIF Bar?
CLIF Bar is the original energy bar made with wholesome ingredients that deliver energy. CLIF Bars have whole ingredients you can see and taste, such as rolled oats, fruits and nuts. Each bar contains B6 and B12 which contribute to the normal release of energy for use in the body. The bars are also a source of protein and fibre.
When should you eat CLIF Bars?
For best results, CLIF Bars should be eaten about one to three hours before exercise along with water to prevent hunger and supply energy to working muscles. During prolonged, lower intensity exercise such as hiking or bike touring, CLIF Bars can be eaten during activity to help satiate hunger and meet carbohydrate demands. CLIF Bars can also be eaten as a snack between meals or during a long, busy day to help sustain energy.

Clif Bar Energy Bars - All Flavours - Eat before, during or after activity.
Clif Nut Butter Bar - All Flavours - Eat before, during or after activity.
Clif Builders Protein Bar - All Flavours - A delicious source of protein to be enjoyed after a workout.
Clif Shot Bloks - All Flavours - Eat 3 to 6 Bloks per hour (varies by flavour - see nutritional information) during activity, consuming with water.

We may try to assess the fault before allowing you to return the item, please be patient. If your purchase is unsatisfactory return the goods to us within 30 days of their receipt, in the original undamaged packaging and in a re-saleable condition. Return postage costs will not be refunded.

Next day Service
Next day delivery service is available by purchasing Royal Mail special delivery. This would be delivered by either Royal Mail or DPD. All purchases for next day delivery must be purchased before 1 pm and funds must be cleared in order for item to be dispatched for next day delivery.

Items posted international are posted with Royal Mail Standard International, Royal Mail Tracked/Signed service or one of our selected couriers depending on the service you choose at checkout, value and weight of your order. Items are dispatched (Packed and handed to Royal Mail or our selected courier) the same day as long as purchase is made before 1pm UK time Monday to Friday. Items posted international usually take 3-5 days within Europe and 7-10 days outside Europe with Royal Mail. Items can however take up to 3 weeks if there are delays with the post.
