Cosmetic Condition Option Details:

Open Box: The device is in flawless cosmetic condition with no visible sign of use.

Minor: The device is in overall excellent cosmetic condition with minimal sign of use, the small imperfection can easily be covered by a screen protector and a case.

Moderate: The device is in overall good cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing may have signs of normal use with light visible dings and scratches.

Heavy: The device is in overall ACCEPTABLE cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing will have signs of HEAVY use with dings and scratches on screen and/or housing. The device may have visible burn-in on the display (these are purely cosmetical and do not effect the functionality of the device).

Minor w/ Burn-in: The device is in overall excellent cosmetic condition with minimal sign of use, the small imperfection can easily be covered by a screen protector and a case. However, the LCD will have visible Shadow Burn-in.

Moderate w/ Burn-in: The device is in overall good cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing may have signs of normal use with light visible dings and scratches. However, the LCD will have visible Shadow Burn-in.

Minor w/ Heavy Burn-in: The device is in overall excellent cosmetic condition with minimal sign of use, the small imperfection can easily be covered by a screen protector and a case. However, the LCD will have visible Heavy Shadow Burn-in.

Moderate w/ Heavy Burn-in: The device is in overall good cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing may have signs of normal use with light visible dings and scratches. However, the LCD will have visible HEAVY Shadow Burn-in.

Heavy W/ Heavy Burn-in: The device is in overall ACCEPTABLE cosmetic condition. The screen and/or housing will have signs of HEAVY use with dings and scratches on screen and/or housing. The device will have visible heavy shadow burn-in on the display (these are purely cosmetical and do not affect the functionality of the device).

*Burn-in is when an image or a background gets burned-in to the screen because the screen was on for a long period of time on the highest brightness. This is a common issue with OLED screens and is mostly visible on white backgrounds. Burn-in does not affect the functionality of the device or the screen.

Network Carrier Option:

Verizon Unlocked: Works on Verizon CDMA network, Straight talk Verizon towers, and others.

GSM Unlocked: Works on GSM carriers like AT&T, T-Mobile, Cricket, Metro and others.

Returns:

You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you received it. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
