Item Description
LED Bulbs MUST be used, failure to use LED bulbs will cause the glass to crack.
  • Downlight / Spotlight Replacement Real Glass Disc
  • We produce these in-house, right here in the Uk!
  • Each glass disc is safe to handle after being edge finished to remove any sharp edges.
  • Perfect replacement if your previous downlight / spotlight glass has broken or showing signs of age.
  • We can cut to ANY SIZE required in 2mm glass thickness or 3mm glass thickness, if you are struggling to find the size you require please get in touch.

About Us

We are a family run business with over 50 years combined experience in the automotive glass industry. All of our items are produced right here in the U.K. in the South Coast of England. We can supply any mirror in any size from flat glass to deep convex as-well as blue anti-dazzle glass and aspheric wide angle. Our raw material is industry tested and conforms to EU regulations.

Payment

We only accept PayPal unless otherwise stated on our listings.

Shipping

We always post 1st class the same day if ordered before 16:30pm Monday-Friday across all of our items (Please note this excludes Bank Holidays) so if you place your order on Friday it will be dispatched on Monday. We use Royal Mail for smaller items and couriers for certain larger items, please see individual listings for further details. Estimated delivery times are approximate. If an item's delivery has been delayed beyond the expected delivery date please contact us and we will do our best to give you an updated delivery estimate. Where we use Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm as a next day delivery option which is available on the checkout screen please note that delivery using this method may take longer to certain remote post codes. See the Royal Mail website for more information.

We pride ourselves on our customer service, if in the unlikely event that something goes wrong please contact us and we will do everything we can to help. We'd really appreciate the chance to correct any issues before you leave feedback.

Returns

Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items can be returned to us up to 30 days after the day you received them. Items must be in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Original postage costs will not be refunded and the buyer is responsible for return postage costs. If you wish to return an item please contact us via the eBay messaging system for information. If returning an item please enclose a copy of the original invoice, or your eBay username/address so that we know who has returned it. If WE have incorrectly supplied a part please contact us using eBay messaging along with a photo of the item you have received, we will pay for return shipping and shipping on a replacement item, or offer a full refund including shipping costs depending on your preference.
