All orders placed within hours 1:00 pm, will be shipped within hours 17:00 on the same day, in order to receive the goods in the following ones 24/48 working hours, islands excluded.

Norac Srls accepts orders for delivery all over the world using express couriers selected based on the destination.

- For each order placed Norac Srls applies the provisions of which:

to art. 22 of Presidential Decree 633/1972, on the basis of which there is no obligation to issue an invoice, unless expressly requested by the customer no later than the time of placing the order;

to art. 2 of Presidential Decree 696/1996 regarding the exemption from the issuance of a receipt or receipt provided for the sale of tangible goods through indirect electronic commerce.

- Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and are explicitly highlighted at the time of placing the order. The payment of the goods by the Customer will take place using the method chosen at the time of the order. Nothing more is due by the Customer with respect to the total order unless otherwise agreed and confirmed by the Customer (eg adding products to the order).

- No responsibility can be attributed to Norac Srls in case of delay in the order or delivery of the order.

- Unless explicitly indicated by our Customer Service, delivery means at street level.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

1- The number of packages delivered correspond to that indicated in the accompanying document

2- The identity and quality of the products, possibly indicated on the packaging, correspond to that indicated in the accompanying document.

3- The mismatch in the number of packages or indications, as well as the loss or any damage, must be immediately reported to the carrier, the goods, if collected, must be withdrawn "with reserve" in writing; Once the courier's document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objection about the external characteristics of what has been delivered.

4- If, on the other hand, you collect the material at our shop in Mussolente at the time of collection, you can check with the person in charge the accuracy and integrity of the products before paying

- The customer can cancel the order until it has been sent, after which he can, after having received and possibly paid (payment on delivery), withdraw in the manner prescribed by law.

- All remote purchases sent by telephone or correspondence, since they take place outside of business premises, are subject to Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999 which provides for the possibility for the purchaser to exercise the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal applies to final consumers, natural persons who act for purposes that can be considered unrelated to their commercial activity (those who buy for non-professional purposes, or without a VAT number). It does not apply to professional consumers (those who buy for professional purposes, i.e. with a VAT number).

- The right of withdrawal applies to all products not used and packaged as in the original. It does not apply in the case of supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized or which, by their nature, cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.

- The desire to withdraw, according to the law, must be communicated by registered letter with return receipt within 10 days of purchase. Wanting to offer a faster service Norac Srls accepts notices of withdrawal also sent by e-mail. Before shipping, we ask you to contact us in any case to obtain an RMA number (authorized return goods), which is necessary for the return.

- Return shipments without a copy of the communication of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal, or in any case without a copy of the invoice or the RMA number on the package will not be accepted by the Norac Srls Warehouse.

The consumer is responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods to the sender. .

- In prize operations (the so-called promotions), in which the purchase of a good is combined with another good that is sold at a ridiculously low price or given away, the right of withdrawal may be legitimately exercised with the return of both goods purchased, given the constraint the accessibility of the good in promotion with respect to the first. In the case of promotions that include two or more goods and for which the promotion and therefore the particular price or particular discount applied exist due to a combined purchase, the right of withdrawal is exercised on all the goods subject to the promotion.

- In the event that the goods for which the customer requests the return were ordered or made specifically for the customer, Norac Srls can withhold part of the amount paid by the buyer.
