GI Joe Digital Clip Watch (2004) Hasbro by Advance Watch Co. With Instructions. Rare

Plastic casing has some shelf wear. The front & right bottom side is slightly indented. A little fading & bubbling where it reads, " A Real American Hero" on the sticker label. A minor ding in the bubble to the left front side. May require new batteries. Not sure if there is a battery protector slip, but it doesn't turn on by the buttons on the sides. I haven't seen any of these showing "on" new in the box. Just trying to be as thorough as possible so you know what you are getting.
