This is a c.1670 "St. Patrick" New Jersey 1/4P (1 Farthing) NGC XF40BN (Extra Fine 40 Brown). This early U.S. Colonial was struck sometime prior to 1681 and brought to America by Mark Newby. This particular coin is an overall chocolatey brown with some goldish/blue on the front and bits of almost gold looking residue between letters and designs.
