Please note that Free postage is to UK mainland only, surcharges will be applied when delivering to Highlands and Islands.  

Please note that we can not guarantee that our parcels will be delivered in temperature controlled vehicles and we also can not take liability for the internal temperatures of porches, hallways, letter / PO boxes causing the product to deteriorate. We would also advise that in heat wave conditions the product may be liable to deterioration as the melting point for chocolate is between 27 - 30 degrees Celsius and the buyer must be aware of this risk when making a purchase. 

This will come in a plain brown postal box, the personalised message (if selected) will be located on the inside of the box lid. the box will then be placed inside a postal bag with the postage label on the outside of the bag.
