This is Manzel specialty tool 514111, Rear Shock Bushing Remover & Installer Set, for 1957-63 Mercury and 1960 Ford Edsel.

The set is in good condition, some light rust evident in the photos above, but otherwise clean, complete as you see it and undamaged. The tools are oiled and stored in VCI paper to inhibit corrosion.
