HOW TO LET US KNOW THE ENGRAVING REQUIRED?

Please send us a message or leave the details in the order notes. If you have a logo, please send us the highest quality image you have in messages. We will do our best to include it if possible, 

but we will contact you if we deem it not possible. We only have around 6mm in height for the engraving so not all logo's suit being engraved.

All the engraving for the order will be the same on each pen. If you want individual names on each pen - you need to purchase from our other listings specially designed for this.

Individual pen setups take a lot of artwork time and therefore they cannot be included in this listing at these wholesale prices.

DO WE GET TO SEE THE ARTWORK BEFORE WE MAKE THE ORDER?

If you request artwork for approval prior to engraving, then we send it through to you.

We generate the artwork with several options, send it to you in messages and await your approval. This means the order timeline is slightly delayed while we go through the approval process.

Once approved, we produce the order within 24 hrs and send it when done.

If your message is quite clear and we understand what you want - we can speed the process up by engraving your order as soon as we get the details.
