The  Waistband actually measures 32 cm x 2 or  12,5"x2

hips measures 43 cm x 2 or 17" x 2 

The inseam length is 76 cm or 30"

The Rise in Front is 28 cm or 11"

The Leg Opening on the Hem is 18 cm or 7" across.
