Dell Latitude E6530 i7-3520M 2.9Ghz, 8GB RAM, 460GB, Win10

Slow to boot.  Keyboard surround has a "sticky" feel but doesn't leave any sticky on you.  Speaker sounds like it has issues  Good Condition.  See Pictures For Details.
