This is Manzel specialty tool 8350, Water Pump Bearing & Shaft Installer & Remover, for 1959-61 Ford, Lincoln, Mercury and Ford Truck (except Falcon, Edsel & Comet).

Nice condition with some very minor powdery rust, otherwise in very good condition, clean, complete as you see it and undamaged.
