This platter style tutu is perfect for rehearsal & partnering.  It features 8 graduated layers of rigid tulle that are tacked.  A panty is attached to the skirt & the waistband is wide.  There are no hoops.  I love the ombre color of this tutu.  It could be worn for dance recitals, as it is very pretty!
