Item powers on and boots to the bios but has not been tested further. The laptop does have some scuffing on the outer areas and other signs of use. No power cord, software, recovery disk, or other accessories are included unless shown in the photos. We have not fully tested this unit and are selling it as is. Keyboard and mouse are tested and working.
