Steps to order:
1) Choose the number of letters in the name required on the first drop down menu.
2) Select whether you would like painted or unpainted on the second drop down menu.
3) Attach message to seller at checkout (please remember to save message) with the name and colour (if chosen painted) required. If you would like to see a preview of the name in its digital form please request this at this point).
4) Confirm checkout

Personalised wooden name sign measuring 30cm for the first capital letter (please use the listing photograph for reference only).
Each plaque will be a maximum of one metre long so the letters may need to be narrowed if the name goes over this length to ensure the names fit within this size.
Each letter in the name will be joined forming one single plaque.
Please note these are priced per letter in the word, so for example the name Evie you would need to order 4 letters for this name.
Names are available painted or unpainted. The painted names are painted on the front side only (not back or sides) and are finished with a semi-gloss finish.
Each name is cut from 6mm MDF

Name length will depend on the amount of letters required.
We are able to offer alternative fonts - please get in touch before ordering to check we can do the required font.
All names/words will be written as a capital letter as the beginning letter, followed by lowercase letters.
Please note if your name has stemmed letters in it ie Lucy, Megan, Riley then the plaque will have an overall height taller than that selected on the drop down as the height refers to the first capital letter.
All names are cut using a laser cutting machine so please expect some burn marks and a slight smell of burnt wood on the plaque - this is unavoidable during the cutting method however burn marks can be easily painted over if you choose.
Damaged/Lost items
We package items as securely as possible to reach you safely during transit, however any damages must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please ensure items are inspected thoroughly on delivery. Photographs must be provided of the damage with the item being unused and before any customisation - any item that has been disposed of before being photographed and reported will not be replaced or refunded.
We obtain proof of postage and delivery for all items, however in the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged in the post then please get in contact as soon as possible for us to resolve for you. We cannot treat an item as lost until 10 working days have passed, and any damaged items must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
Returns Information
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return the product for a refund (excluding personalised products). We unfortunately cannot refund any postal charges and do charge a 10% handling fee on all returns.
You can return a product up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Any returned product must be in the same condition it was received, unused and in the original packaging.
We unfortunately cannot offer returns on any personalised items unless they have been misspelled (our error).
