If you fit our part and you still have the same symptoms or the same fault then the fault is not with our part supplied, this means the part has not fixed your fault, NOT the part supplied is defective or faulty.

We are happy to have parts back but in this case it is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost, you can open a return on eBay and select Changed My Mind and type in the reason for return. If items are returned for any other reason than this and we pay for the postage this will then be disputed with eBay and this cost removed from your refund plus an administration charge.
