1.Send wrong model which isn't same as turbo photos listed on our web and can't be used,but if the turbo is only slightly different,and can't affect to be installed on engine condition isn't included;
2.Turbo was damaged during shipping process and can't be repaired completely by sending parts from seller;
3.Buyer purchase wrong model by mistake;
4.Turbo or parts in brand new condition and isn't installed or used by buyer.
No restocking charge but buyer is responsible for return cost.

3. Exception from liability

1)impeller blade broken for foreign matter entering reason;
