It is made out of high quality vegetable tanned cowhide leather with a High Density Polyethylene plastic back. The mounting hardware and instructions are included. Can be mounted on both front and rear fender. The blue trim is a match to the stock blue trim on the Heritage Springer.
Boss Bags Concho can be replaced after purchase with Harley part no. 91877-97 that you can buy from your local dealer and install at home. Harley concho not available from Boss Bags Inc.
