Antique Tarnished Claw Foot Bath Tub Soap Holder Wolverine Brass Works 1900s
Heavily tarnished or plate loss, not sure which because I did not clean the item.
It is nickel plated brass, made by the Wolverine Brass Works in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
