-     Pictures are taken with an Iphone 13, not all colors come thru clearly in the photographic process. If you would like more pictures please ask and we will be happy to upload them.

-        Packaging may show signs of wear from age and/or storage. We list quite a few items and while most are new in the box others are older or barely used which will be notated in the listing.  IF you are concerned with specific details or need perfection, PLEASE contact us first before bidding or buying and we will examine the outside packaging more closely and note any glaring imperfections. 

-        Our items are from a smoke free, pet free, child free home and stored in climate controlled areas ONLY.

-        Payment is required within three days of the winning bid, if you need an extension please let us know as we ALWAYS cancel on the 4^th day and sell to the next highest bidder or relist.  Once we cancel your order you will NOT be able to purchase that item.  If you fail to complete a transaction twice we will block you as a buyer.

-      We do not sell to buyers with less than 30 days on the platform and ZERO feedback without email  confirmation that you are indeed a legit person with a linked PayPal account. 

-        We ship promptly via USPS once we receive your payment. All items come wrapped in bubble wrap or tissue and are taped securely to make the item as safe as we can possibly make it while it travels to you.  We ship directly in the USA   ONLY and will only ship to the  address listed with Ebay. If you prefer Fedex services ask us. Please email us to arrange any shipping methods you may need that differ from the USPS we have listed We will be happy to discuss and accommodate you, shipping prices are determined by weight and zip code. WE DO NOT MAKE ANY MONEY OFF THE    SHIPPING .  If you need international  shipping you must use the Ebay  international service (we will NOT ship to you    directly  under any circumstances.) We cannot give any tariffs or import estimates for any foreign countries, nor can we control the charges for their shipping, please speak to Ebay about those.

-        We will offer a refund within 7 Days  however YOU and YOU alone are responsible for the RETURN shipping costs of the item, if you can’t agree to that please don’t buy from us.  We like to work with adults who are responsible and reliable. On certain Items we will charge a 10% restocking fee

-        Please ask if you have questions, we truly do care about our customers and will go out of our way to help those that are up front and not trying to scam people.  Positive feedback is important to us, however we don’t encourage buying if you can’t agree to the terms stated. We leave feedback for every order, We have been working on this platform for over 10 years and threatening bad feedback to get a refund or a discount is against the TOS and will be reported.
