Shipping is not refundable. Buyer pays return shipping. Returned items must be in same condition you received it.
If this is a pre-owned (used) item, it may show signs of normal wear so please check all pictures before purchase and supersize them to get best views. Do not expect like new unless I state it in the listing. Pre-owned means they have been worn or used.
I do not raise the price to offer free shipping. I live in Texas so that's how cost will be calculated by post office, not me. I do not charge a handling fee and I only charge actual shipping cost.
