Prior to painting, this 40+ kit has all of its 'sprue tab debris' removed during assembly. It comes beautifully painted as seen in a cream/white and blue colour pallete. There is also superb 'weathering' and shading featured throughout. The interior has a single colour 'wash'. The main central roof section is removable as is the 1st floor section so figures can be placed inside. 

It is ideal for for skirmish gaming or larger battles.

PLEASE NOTE: You are only purchasing 1 x Two Storey Colonial Hotel. No figures or any other items used to display are  included with the item.

All of items are wrapped and packaged very securely, ensuring your item is received in perfect condition. This is taken into account within the shipping costs as we use a large amount of packing materials on the items etc.
