Antique, early 20th century, pair of original mounted photographs depicting a uniformed military band. Either a group of cadets or members of an Army band. Both images show the same group of young men in uniform with harp pins on their lapels. One image shows them outdoors posing with their hats and one shows them inside posing seated with their instruments and sheet music. No photographer stamp or identifying markings or inscriptions. Provenance comes from a western Massachusetts area estate. Quite worthy of further research.
Both in Good overall condition. Images are clean and crisp with gentle wear. Exterior shot shows gentle fading. Mats are clean and crisp with gentle edge wear and warping. Displays handosmely. Worthy of framing.
