We are honest decent sellers and expect fair transactions from our buyers.
We do not pack with plastic. We pack with cardboard and paper tape. All items are packed sufficiently with modest packing - usually a simple envelope or cardboard wrapping. If we do use plastic it will be reused plastic only.
We guarantee our items.
If there is issue with an item we will require it returned. In this case, postage costs will be covered both ways by us if the item is faulty due to our responsibility. If it is not our cause, we will require postage covered both ways by the buyer same as for change of mind returns. Most items require only cheap postage so it is rarely an issue.
This is our policy and how we ship if you are not going to be ok with that please do not purchase here for both buyer's and seller's sake.
For any issues, we expect to be contacted directly to resolve the issue, which we are happy to do, before opening a case with ebay.
We expect positive or no feedback left if you are either: happy with the item; receive the item and choose to keep it; or return the item and are refunded.
These are or policies and believe them fair, and we will block buyers from rebuying if we need to in order to keep the integrity of this.
We acknowledge that for most buyers these sentiments are not needed as most transactions are smooth and easy.
