The Sirui P-324S comes with 2 Bearing Plates that allow you to attach your camera or video equipment. The plate has a flipflop screw that comes in both a 1/4 and 3/8s thread.

This allows you attach most standard cameras and video devices. The plates also come equipped with a fix screw to keep the plate in place.
