Item has a number of Spine ticks.  

5 or 6 are minor color chipping spine stress marks on the cover.  

Marks continue on the back cover.  

NO SPINE SPLIT.  

Only the very slightest of staple tears on the upper staple.  

Cover was just dry cleaned. 

Back cover has a tiny 1/8 inch rip along the top edge.  

Lower left corner has a crease that is 3.4 of an inch in from the corner and effects all the pages.  

Pages are cream to tan color with no interior tears.  

Corner chip on the upper right on some of the pages.  

Abraded corner on the lower right corner.  

A pressing would increase the grade on this book to a 7 or 7.5 at best.  

Cover was just dry cleaned and is ready for a press. 

Comes bagged and boarded.
