This is a gorgeous Nolan Miller pendant on a simulated (glass) pearl rope necklace. It is the Portofino design from his Glamour Collection and in excellent condition. Reflective gold tone metal is encrusted with pavé rhinestones and a central cream colored pearl cab, which matches the simulated pearl rope necklace. The hooks by which the fluted pendant attaches are also dotted with rhinestones. The necklace measures 28 inches long, and the pendant is 2.5 inches tall. 

Unlike most variations of the Portofino design, this one comes with a high end simulated pearl rope necklace rather than a gold tone wheat chain.
