If any part supplied by Stewart Auto Salvage Ltd proves to be faulty during this period, it may be returned to us to exchange. If no exchange is available a refund will be given. The term "engine" refers to the cylinder head/block and the components that make these up (i.e pistons, camshafts etc) and does not include ancillaries. Engines will be sold as photographed (if removed from vehicle). Any ancillaries left on the engine such as water pumps, manifolds, sensors, power steering pumps and cambelts etc. are given free of charge and not covered with our returns policy. The engines are all drained of oil so we recommend a new oil filter and cambelt before fitting. Gaskets & oil seals are not covered. This guarantee covers parts only. It does not cover any labour charges or from any fault arising from the fitting of this part. This guarantee is void if any part supplied has been tampered with in any way i.e. seal broken, taken apart etc. All parts are photographed and marked before they are shipped and if any marks are removed no refund will be given. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights. Goods once signed for, are to be returned at the customers expense.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns where the buyer has clearly bought to try to fix an issue.

In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer does not need the part or has been ordered in error, We must be contacted immediately and the part returned to us within 7 days at the customers expense, delivery costs will not be refunded and a 20% handling charge will be applied.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item.

Please inspect all parts prior to signing to check for damage caused in transit, if the courier refuses, simply ask the driver to sign as "DAMAGED". This is to ensure that if necessary a claim can be made against the courier, if this is not adhered to claims for damage against the courier cannot be made.

Please note that these parts have all been tried and tested before they are removed from the vehicles and are all used parts unless stated otherwise, it is normal for them to have some of the following although we do describe them the best we can:

* Marks, scratches and scuffs.

* Damaged paint

* General wear and tear

* Surface rust etc
