Our Minibus Daily Defect Book provides a tick list to guide the vehicle user through the walk around check and to indicate where any defects are located. They are A5 sized so can be easily carried about and small enough to be stored in the vehicle glove box or locker for handy access, but not to small so that you have to cram in your handwriting making it hard to read. 

These books are produced with 50 Duplicate sheets 100 pages total, all books come with a fixed press through sheet to avoid print through onto lower copies. The sheets that are to be removed are perforated making tear out easier and the books are fixed together by staples ensuring that book can handle the toughest of environments they are also finished with a taped edge to hide the staples and provide a nicer finish.

Each report has a perforated copy that can be removed from the book and handed in at the office or to the workshop, the original copy can be left in the book or ideally with the vehicle, should Traffic Enforcement Officers require to see proof that the checks are being carried out.
