This is a vintage handmade tooled leather cell phone or pager holder designed to be worn on a belt. Front snap closure. Back belt loop snap closure as well. It measures 3.75" tall x 2" wide.
It was made by a local leather artisan named Rex Carpenter (please see stamp). I met with Rex who inspected the item and confirmed it was his own work.
