INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS:
I am regularly asked for a cheaper way to ship internationally. Sadly, there have been too many times when unscrupulous bidders have claimed they never received their item and I can't prove I sent it without a tracking number. Unless you can provide a tracking number, eBay will always side with the buyer and issue a refund, no questions asked. They will not accept a post office receipt or the customs documentation as acceptable proof. So I end up not only losing the money, but also the item and the significant cost to ship internationally. As a result of this, I will no longer ship without a tracking number and the only way to get a tracking number is to ship priority. So my apologies for being unable to accommodate requests for a less expensive way to ship. However, if shipping ends up being less than you've paid, I will always refund the difference.
