MEASUREMENTS:
(15" x 24"): When filled with plastic bags, rags or socks measures (15" ROUND by 24" Long).
When EMPTY and laying FLAT measures (7.5" x 24").
How I measure the holder: I lay it flat, then I take a measurement from the top of the ribbon to the bottom of the holder for length.
For the width I measure the holder when laying flat and empty.
Plastic Grocery Bag Rag Sock Holder Organizer can hold 30 to 50 and up tp 70 plastic grocery bags, depending on the size of the plastic bags and the size of the holder your purchase.
I have design this holder with an open top for ease of use. Easy to put the plastic bags, rags or socks through the top and pull from the top. Easy to pull of the items through the elastic bottom.

SHIPPING POLICY:
I ship from Eastern Kansas Monday through Friday. My store is closed on weekends and all USPS holidays.
All orders are delivered directly to the Postal Worker at USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY:

All International orders are shipped in a padded envelope. I do not add handling charge fees.
