Vintage Taxco Mexico Alpaca Silver & Turquoise Chips Inlay Western Longhorn Skull Boots Spurs Belt Buckle
The buckle is made of thin Alpaca silver and has a wonderful and very cool design of a Longhorn skull in the middle with a Cowboy boot on one side and a boot spur on the other in silver with blue Turquoise chips inlay inside a silver border. On the back is engraved "TAXCO" and "ALPACA". There also seems to be some initials ( a. m. b. ) stamped below ??...but I am not sure.
The buckle is approx. 3-3/8" W x 2-1/16" D and will fit up to a 1.75" belt.
It is in good condition with scratches, scuffs and tarnish and it is missing a small portion of the Turquoise chips as shown in the pictures. Please note that whatever is on the front, scratches off pretty easily with my fingernail, so it will be easy to clean off if you want to - (I don't super clean the patina off of vintage items as sometimes the patina will be intrinsic to the value for collectors)

- In the event of a damaged insured shipment please contact shipping carrier immediately. Buyer is responsible to file a claim with the carrier. Do not discard original packaging. Losing your original packaging will void your claim.
