This one is #15 of a VERY Limited Edition of only 350 made available Worldwide.
It features an amazing likeness of actor James Marsters who played the character on the TV show.

Made by Sideshow in 2007 and long since sold out and hard to find in this brand NEW condition. 

It is BRAND NEW, Never taken out of the original packing, and Never displayed. 
It was only opened to take the photos and to inspect the condition.
It is in MINT condition with the art box being in near perfect condition as well.

This is the rarer EXCLUSIVE EDITION that comes with 2 interchangeable heads. 
One head is of regular face Spike and the other is the exclusive "Evil" Vampire Spike head. 
The ONLY way to get the "Evil" Vampire head is with THIS version. 
There were 500 made of the regular head version and ONLY 350 of this EXCLUSIVE edition with BOTH heads.
 
INCLUDES the original brown cardboard Sideshow shipper box as seen in photo 2.
