If you have any issue with the item:

1. Please contact us immediately.

2. Do not file a "resolution" on ebay yet. Resolution is filed after step # 6. Do not give us a negative feedback.

3. We will try our best to meet your inquiry, problem or issue.

4. We will refund your payment if we misrepresented the item.

5. In case of a refund, you have to mail the item with a delivery confirmation number as required by paypal. Upon receipt and examination of the item, we will refund your money.

6. If we cannot agree, that is the time to file a resolution.
